Dear Coaches, families, students and patrons,
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the following procedures/rules will be in place for Home Richland Northeast Basketball games during the 2020-21 season. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
Ticket Information: There will NOT be any cash or credit card sales at our venue during the season. All tickets must be purchased online. We are using Hometown Ticketing this year for ticket sales. Tickets may be purchased by going to our athletic website (www.rncavaliers.com) and selecting the “Tickets” link in the top right corner of the home page. Make sure to select the desired contest. There are NO refunds on purchased tickets unless game is cancelled and not rescheduled. Since we are playing JV Boys, Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys on the same night and a ticket is good for all games the cost of a ticket is $6 plus a digital processing fee. Due to social distancing requirements, 190 is the maximum number of tickets that we can sell for a contest. There will be 90 tickets available on the visitor side and 100 tickets available on the home side. Tickets are sold on a first come basis. Once a ticket is purchased online, it may either be printed out on paper with a QR code or you can bring your phone with you to the venue to be scanned for entry. Again, we will NOT have a cash or credit option on site. Due to limited seating we will accept up to 30 people using either SCHSL passes, District ID’s or Gold Cards. Once we get to 30 admitted on any combination of these passes then we will not accept any more passes of any kind.
Richland Two Clear Bag Policy: Richland Two Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for all Richland Northeast Home Basketball Games.
Patron Attendance Requirements:
- All Patrons MUST wear a face covering when entering the building atrium/ticketing area.
- All Patrons MUST wear a face covering inside the gym at all times unless prior approval has been given by our Principal.
- All Patrons MUST wear a face covering inside the restrooms.
Patron Seating Information: Inside the gym there will be designated visitor and home side seating. Once a ticket is scanned inside the atrium area, you will walk up the stairs and there will be directional signs for visitor and home side seating. We have elevator access for those who cannot walk up the stairs (please ask the ticket monitor for direction). The bleachers will be marked as to which rows patrons cannot sit on (see photo). On rows were sitting is available (blue logo circles) patrons need to adhere to social distancing of 6 feet apart. Household family members may sit together. Patrons are NOT allowed to enter the basketball court area before, during or after the game. We request that patrons exit the gym immediately once the games have been completed.
Concession Information: No on site concessions are available for basketball games this year except for water sales. No outside food or drinks allowed inside.
